Many netizens assume that singer Pradikta Wicaksono or better known as Dikta is still in his 20s. In fact, the former vocalist of Yovie and Nuno just turned 37 years old.
Apparently, the singer who just released the album Sendiri has his own way to stay fit and youthful.
"Just laugh a lot, in my opinion, don't get angry, just laugh if people insult you," said Dikta in Kemang, South Jakarta, Thursday (12/1/2023).
"Don't meddle in other people's business, just take care of yourself. Why bother with others when you can just laugh," he continued.
Not only that, living a happy life is also one of the ways to stay youthful. According to him, everyone has their own way to make themselves happy.
"For example, just seeing a duck crossing makes you happy, no need to try to upgrade and see what kind of jet," he said.
"So I try to be happy, I can only swim 10 meters, just enjoy it. If you want to upgrade, do it slowly, no need to envy others. According to me, I will be much happier," he added.
The way to be happy is also accompanied by sports. Coincidentally, Dikta is one of the musicians who regularly exercises. There are several types of sports that Dikta regularly does, such as tennis, free diving, and other sports.
"Many, various kinds. There's tennis, there's free diving, and also exercising at home. Since I was little, I've always liked sports. I used to be a tennis athlete, so tennis is a coincidence, but now I'm diving into free diving and currently teaching it. That's about it," he explained.
A little touch on romance, currently Dikta is still enjoying his solitude. He is not ashamed or afraid to be single at the age of 37.
