When met in the TB Simatupang area, South Jakarta, on Wednesday (21/8), Tora admitted that it wasn't hard to let his child marry. This is because both his daughter and the family have known each other for a long time.
"If you say it's hard, not really, because Nabila has been dating Ivan for 9 years," said Tora Sudiro.
While joking, Tora is actually more confused if his child is not proposed to by her boyfriend. Even though the wedding has not been held yet, Tora seems very eager to soon welcome a grandchild.
"If my child isn't married off, I've been confused for a long time that my child has just been dating and not married," he said.
"But they have mustered the courage, I'm happy because clearly, soon I'll have a grandchild," he continued.
In addition, when asked further, the 51-year-old actor admitted that he was amazed by his future son-in-law. He also did not expect to reach the point of escorting his child to the altar.
"I'm relaxed, you know, I admire Ivan, I had a chance to meet him and talk about his goals and how he plans to achieve them," he explained.
"Yeah, I was thinking that when the child gets proposed to, their feelings weren’t even considered, I thought it was still a joke or just playing around, but it turns out wow," he remarked.
