Not long ago, Pinkan Mambo made a confession that she is currently burdened with debt. She stated that until now, she still has to continue working to pay off her debt. 

She revealed that she used to hold a handful of money, and with that money, she could support her quite luxurious lifestyle.

And during her unemployment period, in order to pay off her debt which has reached around Rp200 million, this former member of Ratu even had to sell fried bananas, with profits sometimes not exceeding 5 thousand rupiah. She is even prepared if she will be imprisoned by the debt collector. 

2. Ahmad Dhani

The frontman of Dewa band, Ahmad Dhani, once admitted to having a lot of debt to several art merchandise entrepreneurs. As is known, Mulan Jameela's husband is a collector of valuable classic and art items. 

Not kidding, Ahmad Dhani's debt at that time amounted to around Rp500 million. At that time, the 48-year-old man went to the area to give antique items. However, not all items have been fully paid. 

3. Kevin Aprilio

Famous musician's son, Addie MS, and Memes, Kevin Aprilio admitted to having a debt of up to Rp17 billion. Kevin revealed that his debt began when his forex investment failed. 

In fact, because of the huge debt he had, this 30-year-old singer even intended to commit suicide. Moreover, at that time Kevin was still around 25 years old, and had to repay it in a short period of time. 

4. Jeremy Thomas

Last year, senior actor Jeremy Thomas revealed that he was in debt of up to Rp35 billion. His debt case originated from a land and building purchase agreement in Ubud, Bali called Vibba Kirana, which was developed by Jeremy. 

It started when Jeremy bought three plots of land that were confirmed with a deed of sale and purchase agreement. These three lands have a total area of 1,300 m2 worth Rp18.87 billion, 700 m2 worth Rp10.16 billion, and 400 m2 worth Rp5.40 billion. So the total is Rp34.83 billion.

Before being able to proceed with the marriage with Zaskia Gotik, Vicky Prasetyo had to be imprisoned first. Vicky was detained because he couldn't pay off his debt.
