The challenge required Igun to lose 20 kg within a period of 3 months.
Originally his weight was 181 kg, now it has decreased by 12 kg.
Feeling better, Igun is finally challenged to lose another 40 to 60 kg. "I personally want to lose 60 or 40 kg," he said.
This challenge motivates him to achieve his desired ideal weight.
Igun is not alone, he is assisted by his acquaintance doctor. The doctor's advice is needed to get guidance on an ideal diet.
During the diet, Igun avoids fried foods and sweeteners. He prefers to drink water.
