Acha Sinaga and her small family, who currently live in Sydney, Australia, will soon move from their apartment to their new house. Upon entering Acha Sinaga's new house gate, there is a small terrace that can be used for relaxation. Interestingly, this cozy spot faces the garbage area in front of the house.
The first room you encounter when entering the house is the living room. This room will be completely renovated into a private studio for creating content by Acha and Andy Ambarita.
Next to the living room, there is a guest bathroom with a minimalist concept. This bathroom, equipped with a shower, toilet, and sink, is guaranteed to make guests feel comfortable.
The living room and family room are located on the second floor, called Acha ground floor. Despite not being too big, this room looks comfortable and has a size of 4 x 4 meters.
Acha's new house is equipped with a backyard that will be used as a play area for their son, Lucas. Acha's husband plans to install synthetic grass and a playhouse.
This floor is also equipped with a kitchen and dining room that directly faces the balcony. While eating, you can enjoy the beauty of the surrounding scenery.
The master bedroom is located on the third floor. Although smaller than their current bedroom, Acha and her husband feel more comfortable because they have their own house.
Unlike the guest bathroom on the first floor, the main bathroom on the third floor is equipped with a bathtub. Taking a bath here feels like staying at a 5-star hotel.
Not to forget, Acha and her husband have also prepared a bedroom for Lucas, who is currently very active in his toddler age. Their house is really cool.
