Ameer Azzikra passed away at 01.20 AM on Monday (29/11/2021). The body of the late son of Ustadz Arifin Ilham has now been buried by the family at Pondok Pesantren Az-Zikra, Gunung Sindur, Bogor, West Java.

Ameer's brother, Alvin Faiz, said that his younger brother had a lung infection. Initially, the family thought that Ameer was just tired and fell ill.
"Aa lung infection, complications. Yes, our family initially thought it was just fatigue," said Alvin Faiz at Pondok Pesantren Az-Zikra, Gunung Sindur, Bogor, West Java, on Monday (29/11/2021).
Alvin said, a week before he took his last breath, Ameer Azzikra looked healthy and refreshed.
Even his younger brother had been discharged from the hospital before being treated for three days until he passed away early this morning.
"Still healthy, last week still healthy. He was treated for a day last week," he said.
Ameer Azzikra passed away in the ICU room, EMC Sentul City Hospital, West Java. During intensive care, Alvin Faiz admitted that he always accompanied his younger brother until his last breath.
"I always accompanied him. He was unconscious, in a coma," he said.
Then, Alvin also expressed his gratitude to Ameer's wife, Nadzira Shafa, and his extended family who have taken care of his younger brother for the past few months.
"Thank you to Nadzira as well. As Nadzira's family, they have accompanied Ameer even though it was only for a short while," Alvin concluded.
