Not without reason, his decision was made after meeting Ustaz Derry Sulaiman in Bali.

Both of them talked about Islam and various things about the greatness of God. Ustaz Derry explained what Islam is to Evert.

Eventually, Evert decided to convert to Islam after the meeting.

“A few days ago, he didn't know Allah. Today, proudly, he says 'I AM MUSLIM & I LOVE ALLAH, TAKBIR!'. I wish you happiness in this life and the hereafter. Ameen,” wrote Ustaz Derry Sulaiman from Instagram @derrysulaiman.

“Pray for EVERT to become a good Muslim & be able to become a preacher & spread the message to people in his country, Estonia (Northern Europe). GUIDANCE, O ALLAH!” he added.

Evert himself is known to be 25 years old. In his personal Instagram, he mentioned that his job is a Currency Trader.

Evert admitted that he is honored and inspired by Alyssa Spischak's stepfather.
