This concept also maximizes the available space by minimizing partitions between rooms. On the second floor of this house, the living room is combined with the dining room and kitchen.

Sammy Simorangkir and Viviane admit that they often gather and relax with their family in this room. The same goes when their friends come to visit.

What is equally unique is the access that connects each floor of this house. Instead of using stairs, there is a pathway stretching right above the swimming pool in the middle of the house.

Minimalist yet luxurious with a dominant white color, Sammy Simorangkir's and his family's residence reminds us of Beverly Hills or Santorini houses.
