A New Chapter in the Feud Between Nikita Mirzani and Vadel Badjideh, Razman Nasution Has Been Contacted by Lolly's Foster Mother in the UK

Kapanlagi.com - The lawyer for Vadel Badjideh's family, Razman Nasution, provided an update regarding his client's report against Nikita Mirzani. Razman explained that he constantly monitors the developments of reports from various parties related to this case, including Nikita's report against Vadel and vice versa.

"I always update day to day, always check the progress of the report from sister NM to Vadel, sister NM's report to our legal team, our report to NM, and Mr. Umar's report to sister NM," said Razman Nasution during his press conference via Zoom on Sunday (13/10/2024).

Additionally, Razman revealed that there are several new pieces of information that will be conveyed when Vadel is summoned to provide additional testimony at the South Jakarta Metro Police.

"And along with several surprise pieces of information that I will later convey when Vadel is summoned for additional testimony at the South Jakarta Metro Police," he said.

1. The Relationship Between Lolly and Vadel Known to Foster Family in England

One interesting piece of information that emerged is related to Lolly's romantic relationship with Vadel, which was apparently known to the family in England. As is known, Lolly had lived at the home of JF alias E when she was studying at Taunton School International. This person is referred to as Lolly's foster mother.

According to Razman, Mother E and her child are well aware of how Lolly's relationship with Vadel was at that time. "I was contacted by Mother JF and alias Mama E and her daughter regarding how sister LM, when studying in the UK, how sister LM ended up leaving her studies, her school, how LM lived at someone's residence in the UK, how sister LM was placed in another school to seek help so that LM would not drop out," he said.

"Then how sister LM eventually left the place before returning to Indonesia, Mother JF and Mama E and her child knew very well about the romantic relationship between LM and our client Vadel," he added.

2. There Are Additional Witnesses from the Netherlands

Furthermore, Razman also mentioned that there are additional witnesses from the Netherlands as well as several friends of LM in Indonesia who will provide statements. All this information is planned to be conveyed to relevant institutions such as KPAI, LPAI, the Ministry of PPPA, and the child protection sub-directorate in Jakarta.

"Hopefully this can help Mr. Vadel and hopefully the allegations of neglect committed by Ms. NM towards LM will become clearer so that we are not just relying on the fact that there is a mother and then her underage child is taken away," explained Razman.

Razman also touched on the allegations of neglect committed by Nikita towards LM. According to him, this case is not only about a mother who takes her underage child, but it also needs to be looked at more deeply regarding how the parenting pattern provided by Nikita has been all this time.

He also promised to present evidence supporting these allegations in the next examination process.

"In fact, if we look at it, we suspect this is just an attempt to divert attention from how she has been raising her daughter, we suspect, and later we will present how Ms. LM actually was in the UK, how she told and confided to Ms. JF, then Mama E, and also her daughter," he concluded.
