This manga series is different from the others, JACO THE GALACTIC PATROLMAN is an 11-chapter series that first appeared in 2013 in Weekly Shonen Jump. Jaco is actually a prequel to Dragon Ball! This character has appeared in the Dragon Ball media for the past few years.

DRAGON QUEST is the most famous video game in Japan. This game emerged in the same year as the release of the Dragon Ball anime adaptation on Japanese TV. The combination of Toriyama's art and a very good narrative approach makes this video game the most successful in Japan.

The manga SAND LAND is also similar to the COWA! series, a one shot with 14 chapters collected in 1 tankobon. This JRPG game is called BLUE DRAGON, similar but not the same as Chrono Trigger. However, its release did not have the same boom as the previous two games. This is because the game was launched on the American-made Xbox 360 compared to the Japanese PS3. Nevertheless, Toriyama's artwork remains iconic in this game.
