A Series of 'Blessed Ramadan' Programs from Indosiar Ready to Accompany Days Throughout the Month of Fasting

Kapanlagi.com - The month of Ramadan 1446 H is just a few days away. This year, Indosiar remains consistent in bringing its characteristic tagline that has been used for the past 10 years to broadcast various special programs for the fasting month, namely “Blessed Ramadan”.

Director of Surya Citra Media (SCM), Harsiwi Achmad, hopes that the programs to be aired will bring many benefits and entertain the audience. “Hopefully (all special Ramadan programs on Indosiar) will not only be a spectacle, but (also) guidance that remains entertainment (and) provides knowledge,” Harsiwi expressed at the press conference for “Blessed Ramadan” on Thursday (13/02).

What special Ramadan programs will Indosiar air? Here is the list of names.

1. ACTION 2025

AKSI (Indonesian Sahur Academy) is a talent search program for the best ustaz and ustazah from all over Indonesia owned by Indosiar, aired throughout Ramadan. This program is known as Indosiar's signature and flagship Ramadan program for 13 years. Ramzi, Irfan Hakim, and Gilang Dirga have been selected as hosts for AKSI 2025.

AKSI 2025 is scheduled to air in a new format at 02:00 WIB (midnight). In the future, the concept of competition in preaching among program participants will be combined with a more interesting variety show. One of the segments that will appear is "D'Cendol (Stories to Process)", a sketch themed on preaching presented by Jirayut, Ate, and other cast members.

The segments "Grebeg Sahur" and "Artis BerAKSI" will also continue to be featured in AKSI 2025. In the "Grebeg Sahur" segment, Indosiar will visit the homes of Indonesian officials and politicians. Meanwhile, well-known artists from the country will be challenged to deliver tausiyah through the "Artis BerAKSI" segment.

Funtastic 4 (Mamah Dedeh, Ustaz Subki Al-Bughury, Ustaz Wijayanto, and Ustaz Solmed) will comment on and evaluate the 28 participants of AKSI 2025. Special commentators and other guest judges, such as the Minister of Religious Affairs of the Republic of Indonesia and representatives from the Nahdlatul Ulama Central Board (PBNU), are also invited to this program. The performances of top Indonesian artists in each episode will vary, and Rhoma Irama & Soneta Group will also enliven this year's AKSI on the Peak of Victory day.

2. True Story of Ramadan: Between Prayer and Tears

The program TRUE STORY OF RAMADAN: BETWEEN PRAYER AND TEARS will air daily on Indosiar at 15:30 WIB and will be rebroadcast at 05:00 WIB. The airing schedule for this program falls on Friday, February 28, 2025.

Olla Ramlan, Temmy Rahadi, Ihsan Tarore, Andi Annisa, Dela Puspita, and a lineup of other actors/actresses will portray various life stories that evoke tears, full of conflict, while also containing religious values. The original soundtrack (OST) of the program TRUE STORY OF RAMADAN: BETWEEN PRAYER AND TEARS titled WIND will be sung by Lesti Kejora.

3. Shihab & Shihab

The SHIHAB & SHIHAB cultum program is an Indosiar program that has won an award in the Non Talkshow Da'wah (Kultum) category from the Anugerah Syiar Ramadan 2023, an event organized by the Indonesian Broadcasting Commission (KPI) and the Indonesian Ulema Council (MUI). In its third year of airing, this program will present the major theme of "Learning the Meaning of the Great Names of Allah".

SHIHAB & SHIHAB is scheduled to air every day just before the breaking of the fast, starting at 5:30 PM WIB. This program will be hosted by Abi Quraish Shihab and Najwa Shihab throughout the month of Ramadan.

4. Magic 5 Pesantren Edition

The TV series produced by Mega Kreasi Films MAGIC 5 is back with a new edition specifically for the month of Ramadan, titled MAGIC 5 PESANTREN EDITION. As the title suggests, this edition of the MAGIC 5 series carries the major theme regarding the pesantren programs held by schools during Ramadan.

Similar to REAL STORIES OF RAMADAN: BETWEEN PRAYERS AND TEARS, the MAGIC 5 PESANTREN EDITION program also has an official soundtrack that serves as the theme song for "Ramadan Full of Blessings" Indosiar 2025. The song is titled BERTASBIH. Three stars from MAGIC 5 (Sridevi DA, Eby DA, and Afan DA) will perform the song produced by Ryan Wiedaryanto and Esti TP.

5. BRI Liga 1 2024/2025

The football match BRI LIGA 1 2024/2025 will enliven the month of Ramadan on Indosiar. This program is known as a football competition program at the highest level.

BRI LIGA 1 2024/2025 will be broadcast live every day at 20:00 WIB. The good news is that viewers can also watch the intense football matches through the Vidio app.

6. Ramadan Grand Celebration

This year, the RAMADAN GRAND CELEBRATION will take place at Alun-Alun Kota Tangerang and will be broadcast live on March 22-23, 2025, at 20:00 WIB. This program will be hosted by Jirayut and Irfan Hakim.

RAMADAN GRAND CELEBRATION offers a variety of religious entertainment performances, such as music concerts, sermons, and a series of off-air activities. On the first day, RAMADAN GRAND CELEBRATION will be enlivened by the band Gigi along with Afan DA, Selfi Yamma, Melly Lee, Fildan, and Hari Putra. Mamah Dedeh, Ustaz Il & Al 'AKSI', and Ustaz Hilman 'AKSI' will also be present to provide spiritual nourishment.

Meanwhile, Rhoma Irama & Soneta Group, Hedi Yunus, Lady Rara, Putri Isnari, and Eby DA will enliven the second day of RAMADAN GRAND CELEBRATION. Unlike the previous day, Ustaz Solmed (Sholeh Mahmoed), Ustazah Rena & Reni 'AKSI', and Ustaz Ulin 'AKSI' have been appointed as the speakers for the sermon at RAMADAN GRAND CELEBRATION on March 23, 2025.

7. Various Special Segments for Focus News Program

The special Ramadan program will not feel complete without a special news broadcast. FOKUS will accompany fasting by providing information about Ramadan, places for ngabuburit, culinary delights, and religious tourism through the special segment "Enjoyable Ramadan".

The segments "1st Ramadan 1446 H Determination Session" and "1st Syawal 1446 H Determination Session" will be broadcast live consecutively on February 28, 2025, at 17:30 WIB and on March 29, 2025, at 17:30 WIB. In addition, FOKUS will also present two special segments to welcome the celebration of Idulfitri 1446 H. These special segments are "Enjoyable Homecoming" and the live broadcast of "Idul Fitri Prayer 1446 H".
