Accused of Cheating by Vicky Prasetyo, Kalina Ocktaranny Denies and is Ready to Report to the Police

Kapanlagi.com - Kalina Octaranny doesn't stay silent about her ex-husband's statement, Vicky Prasetyo, who accused her of having an affair. Accompanied by a lawyer, Kalina clarified to the media that Vicky's accusations are untrue.

Kalina Ocktaranny also brought along Ricky Miraza (the man accused by Vicky Prasetyo as Kalina's affair) as well as some evidence and witnesses. "What Vicky has conveyed and accused Kalina and Ricky is completely untrue. We deny it with evidence," said Surpani Sulaiman, Kalina's lawyer in Jakarta, on Thursday (24/2).

To avoid misunderstanding, Kalina first explained that she and Vicky Prasetyo no longer have a marital bond since January 10, 2022.

"I divorced on January 10th. I was divorced during his sibling's wedding. I have the evidence," Kalina firmly stated when met at the same time.

Then, Kalina Ocktaranny explained about the accusation of infidelity where Vicky Prasetyo claimed that he stayed at a hotel with Ricky alone. Kalina said that when they were at the hotel, they were not only with Ricky, but also accompanied by some friends, one of whom was Sonny.

"We made a podcast for Obrolan Tengah Malam. So, the condition was that we had to be at the hotel because we wanted to capture the view of the building," testified Sonny.

"We have evidence here. There is also a video showing that they were not alone at that time. But there were many people," added Surpani Sulaiman.

2. Vicky Has No Right to Interfere

Furthermore, Kalina also emphasized that during the filming at the hotel, she and Vicky no longer had a marital bond. Therefore, Kalina believes that Vicky should not have the right to interfere in her personal matters.

"I admit that I chatted with Ricky 'tonight don't go far'. But the other party (Vicky) claimed that I invited him when I was still his wife. The fact is that it was February 10," said Kalina.

3. Admit Being Close to Ricky

Kalina further stated that she does not deny having a relationship with Ricky. However, she emphasized that her relationship with Ricky developed after divorcing Vicky.

"I am close with him (Ricky), but how close we are is our privacy. Whether we are dating or just friends, or whatever we do, it is after Vicky and I divorced. So, there is no such thing as video call (sex)," she said.

4. Give Ultimatum to Vicky

Kalina feels that the allegations of infidelity from Vicky Prasetyo have harmed her. Therefore, Kalina, through her lawyer, Surpani Sulaiman, SH, gave an ultimatum to Vicky to clarify his statements.

If not, Surpani will not hesitate to send a summons letter and bring the matter to the legal realm.

"If these accusations cannot be proven legally, we will take legal action by filing a report to the Jakarta Metro Police," said Surpani Sulaiman in Jakarta, Thursday (2/24).

5. Give 2x24 Hours

Surpani said he will give Vicky Prasetyo 2x24 hours to make a clarification.

"My client has been patient enough. So I ask Vicky Prasetyo to clarify this, if not, as law-abiding citizens, Kalina and Ricky will take legal action against the defamation. We give Vicky 2x24 hours to make the clarification," he said.

As known, Vicky Prasetyo accused Kalina as the cause of their divorce. Vicky said Kalina was having an affair with Ricky Miraza.
