Not long after, Dena was presented with an even better opportunity. This year, she was accepted into The London School of Economics and Political Science.
LSE is known to have the largest gender studies department in Europe. Moreover, the program Dena applied for aligns perfectly with her aspirations.
What Dena is most grateful for is receiving a full scholarship that covers tuition fees and living expenses throughout her studies there.
In the midst of her gratitude, Dena also managed to fill her free time with meaningful activities.
One of them is attending a conference on sexual violence in conflict areas held at the Queen Elizabeth II Centre, London, recently.
Still related to her activities as an activist, the conference attended by Dena thoroughly discusses the issue of sexual violence victims, especially in conflict areas.
