Actor Edward Complains About Difficulty Meeting His Children After Divorce Filed by Kimberly Ryder

Kapanlagi.com - Actor Edward Akbar has started to express his difficulties in meeting his three children after being divorced by Kimberly Ryder at the Central Jakarta Religious Court (PA). Edward's attorney, Justiartha Hadiwinata, revealed that his client has been trying to see his children, but those efforts have not yielded results.

"Yes, regarding the steps taken by Mr. Edward himself, it was explained last week, he continues to communicate with the children. Because no matter what, he misses his children," said Justiartha at the Central Jakarta Religious Court (PA) on Wednesday (21/8/2024).

1. Unable to Communicate with the Children

Justiartha also mentioned that until now, Edward still cannot communicate directly with his two children, Rayden and Aisyah.

"Indeed, for now, he cannot communicate directly with Rayden and Aisyah.

2. Claims It's Hard to Meet

However, Edward did not explain in detail what the obstacles are in his efforts to meet his children.

"Yes, regarding that matter, it was not clearly conveyed, but the information from Mr. Edward is like that (hard to meet). It seems that for the past two or three months he hasn't met the children," Justiartha explained.

3. Edward Wants to Reconcile

On the other hand, Edward still has a strong desire to reconcile with Kimberly. He has even made various mediation efforts outside of court, but unfortunately, there have been no satisfactory results.

"Yes, initially it was conveyed that Mr. Edward himself wanted to try to reconcile. In the mediation results, it was also stated that Mr. Edward himself wanted to reconcile. However, since the mediation was unsuccessful, it was continued to the main case," Justiartha explained.

4. All Efforts Have Been Made

Justiartha also emphasized that Edward is ready to make various efforts, both inside and outside the court, to maintain his household with Kimberly.

"All kinds of efforts will be made, yes. Whether outside or inside. Even though it has indeed been declared a failure in court, we will still make every effort," he concluded.
