Adam Deni Reveals Jerinx SID Once Begged and Wanted to Commit Suicide, Asks to Withdraw Report

Kapanlagi.com - The feud between Adam Deni and Superman Is Dead drummer, Jerinx SID is heating up. Even though Jerinx is already in prison, this time Adam also reported Jerinx's lawyer, Sugeng Teguh Santoso, for defamation and insults. 

It all started when Adam Deni was unhappy about being accused of demanding a guarantee of IDR 10 billion from Jerinx during mediation. Not only that, Jerinx's lawyer also spread many hot issues to the public in order to provoke them to attack him. 

"His lawyer never met me in any mediation. How can he spread such hot issues? We are serious here, we take legal steps and I trust the Jakarta Metro Police to handle this case again," said Adam Deni when met at the Jakarta Metro Police Headquarters on Tuesday (7/12/2021).

On the other hand, Adam Deni's representative lawyer, Machi Achmad, has also obtained several pieces of evidence of conversations between him and Jerinx. One of them is a chat containing Jerinx's request for Adam Deni to withdraw his report.

Not only that, Deni even revealed that Jerinx seemed to beg for mercy from Adam Deni.

"Of course there is evidence. There is evidence of conversations, who actively contacted several times and seemed to beg to meet my client for facilitation, but when facilitated, he threw out accusations. Even though we have complete evidence of who made the request, who offered a peace settlement," said Machi Achmad.

2. Wants to Commit Suicide

Adam Deni also revealed that Jerinx had expressed his intention to end his life if this case were to proceed. Initially, he did not want to spread the contents of the chat, as it could embarrass Jerinx himself.

"And there is also one chat, to show his sympathy towards me, that Brother J wants to end his life, there is evidence. We are ready to prove everything. Initially, I didn't want this to happen. I wanted to keep it private. Why? It would be embarrassing. But it's already too late," said Adam Deni.

"Brother STS himself created this smoke. Let's play with the fire in the legal realm," he continued.

3. Feeling Satisfied

Adam Deni also revealed that with the detention of Jerinx SID, he feels very satisfied because justice can be upheld. And until now, Adam himself does not want to withdraw the report.

"In my opinion, if this case has reached the P21 level yesterday, especially the case I reported which is now in the status of a suspect and has been detained, I feel satisfied," said Adam Deni. 

4. Already Mediated

Actually, before this case continued, Adam Deni and Jerinx were asked to mediate. However, the mediation only involved Jerinx apologizing to Adam Deni.

"Although at that time there was an official mediation held by the investigators at the Jakarta Metro Police, but in that mediation, it was only an admission of guilt from Jerinx and a direct apology from Jerinx to me," said Adam Deni.

5. 6-Year Prison Threat

On the other hand, Bima Suprayoga from the Central Jakarta Prosecutor's Office stated that all of Jerinx's files from the Metro Jaya Regional Police investigators have been transferred to the Prosecutor's Office.

Bima stated that Jerinx violated Article 27 paragraph 4 in conjunction with Article 45 paragraph 4 or Article 29 in conjunction with the Law Number 19 of 2016 concerning amendments to Law Number 11 of 2008 concerning electronic information and transactions or the ITE Law. Due to this violation, Jerinx is facing a prison sentence of 6 years.
