Adam Deni's Legal Counsel Respects Jerinx for Not Complying with Police Summons

Kapanlagi.com - Drummer of the band Superman Is Dead (SID), I Gede Aryastina or better known as Jerinx SID was supposed to undergo an examination regarding Adam Deni's report on alleged threats through electronic media at the Jakarta Metro Police on Monday (26/7/2021).

However, Nora Alexandra's husband did not attend the summons due to health reasons.

In response to this, Adam Deni's legal counsel, Machi Achmad, admitted that he had heard the news about Jerinx's absence from the examination at the Jakarta Metro Police.

"As the legal counsel for the complainant, Adam Deni, I have heard the news that the accused did not attend the summons, the clarification from the Jakarta Metro Police investigators is certainly an essential matter for the accused," said Machi Achmad to reporters on Monday (26/7/2021).

1. Believe Jerinx Will Come

Machi Achmad doesn't want to bother about the drummer from Bali. According to him, he believes that Jerinx will come to the Jakarta Metropolitan Police later.

And one thing for sure, Machi Achmad truly respects Jerinx's right to not fulfill the invitation from the police.

"I certainly appreciate the right of the reported party to believe that the reported party, in this case Jerinx, will come to the Jakarta Metropolitan Police for the second summons or for further clarification. Because Jerinx is a figure, and a good citizen who fulfills the police summons," he said.

"But if Jerinx doesn't come, we also appreciate that there will be further steps from the Jakarta Metropolitan Police in fulfilling the summons for the reported party," he continued.

2. For Smoothness

For the future, Machi Achmad hopes that Jerinx can come for the smoothness of the legal process.

"I hope Jerinx will come and I won't comment further because I am not the reported party's legal representative. Let the process continue following the police's procedures and standard operating procedures," Machi concluded.
