Ade Fitrie Kirana: Whatever the Reason, Do Not Spread Pornographic Content!

She said that the dissemination of pornographic content in any form is not permitted by laws and norms in society.

"Whatever form it takes, women are the most disadvantaged. They always become victims, blamed, and gossiped about. The moral burden is very heavy. Often, their closest family members are also ridiculed and gossiped about. Please think about the child and the family," said Ade Fitrie Kirana to the media when asked for her response to the spread of pornographic content that is said to resemble celebrities, on Sunday (8/11/2020).

She regrets the parties who seem to be happy and enjoy the content, by spreading it again and even joining in with certain hashtags.

1. Give Moral Support

The actress, who is known to the public through her acting in the Islamic KTP series on SCTV, provides moral support to the artist who is said to be similar in the video.

"Like this, friends, there is no legal evidence yet. Let's not all become experts, to the point of disregarding the norms that apply in society. Let the law speak, let law enforcement work, let's not judge. Especially to the innocent family, who even do not know exactly what is happening, please be wiser and stop spreading the video. Remember that social media users are not only adults but also children who can easily see news, images, and especially videos that are currently circulating on WhatsApp or social media," she said.

2. Prohibited for Everyone to Produce

She reminds various parties about Article 4 of the Republic of Indonesia Law Number 44 of 2008, which explicitly states that it is prohibited for anyone to produce, create, duplicate, multiply, disseminate, broadcast, explicit pornographic content that contains nudity or suggestive nudity.

"Social media is indeed a double-edged sword. On one hand, it provides freedom of expression and opinion, but on the other hand, it can be harmful," she said.

"However, as members of society, we live by the laws and norms that apply," she continued.

3. Not Spreading

Once again, he urged not to spread pornographic content, especially those whose legal facts are unknown.

"Stop at you, immediately delete if your social media account is marked. Clean your computer and communication devices from pornographic content. Pity the person who has been judged by society. Also, their family is involved," he concluded.
