However, when met in the Sudirman area, Central Jakarta, on Monday night (1/9), Lesti apparently never told anyone about her illness. Because, she admitted that she is not the type of girl who likes to complain.

"Rarely, Dede is not the type of person who complains about everything, complains about being sick, well, as long as she can treat herself with medicine, she just feels it," said Lesti.

"But yesterday, it was really unbearable, especially with gastric acid, so I was really sick and finally told my mom that I wanted to go to the hospital," she continued.

In addition, it turns out that Lesti has been feeling the pain for a long time. She also admitted that even before her condition really dropped, Lesti had been warned by her mother to go to the doctor.

"So, Mama had told her to go to the doctor but Dede said she would go later. Then, finally, when Dede couldn't stand it anymore, she was accompanied to the hospital directly instead of going to the doctor," she said.

2. Pay Attention to Food Intake

Therefore, after recovering, Lesti will now pay more attention to her food intake and rest patterns to stay healthy. She even said that when there is a chance to rest, she will take advantage of it even if it's just for a short time.

"Most importantly, pay more attention to my health condition, take care of my diet, and really make use of the time to rest during breaks and intervals, even if it's just for a short time," she concluded.
