"Because I'm a lazy person, I rarely want to exercise. So I tried the Dolphin Muscle treatment," said Chika when met at the Launching event of Dolphin Muscle Slim Treatment at Dermapro SF Clinic in Thamrin area on Tuesday (9/7/2024).

"So it's like after doing sit-ups, the muscles in the stomach tighten and eliminate the fats in the stomach," she added.

Chika admits that she often finds her stomach bloated after eating. However, she is lazy to do various exercises like planks and sit-ups to tighten her stomach.

"Yes, bloated. After eating, my lower stomach tends to bloat, and I'm too lazy to do exercises like planks and sit-ups. So, the simple way is to directly go for treatments. So that it becomes slim, the stomach becomes tight, and the fat doesn't sag," she said.

Although she admits to being lazy to exercise, Chika emphasizes that she still enjoys running as her routine. However, she has a goal to shape her body to be more ideal.

"It's not really laziness, it's about time. But I like running. I want to shape my stomach. I'm not insecure, but of course, I want my body to be in an ideal shape. Also, the back part. Women usually focus on the back and stomach," she said.
