"Yeah, I really didn't expect it, because this song Alamak went viral about 2 weeks before its release," he said at the Emtek Studio, Daan Mogot, West Jakarta, Friday (24/10/2025).

It all started when he and Iky casually performed a snippet of the song at a concert. That video clip then became the seed of Alamak's virality.

"We revealed it during the concert for the heartbroken victims... Then after we posted it for 3 days, Mahalini started humming it, her daughter, Selina," he explained.

The moment when Mahalini sang the song Alamak to calm her daughter, Selina, became a turning point that made this song even more widely known. "Singing to Selina using the song Alamak, then suddenly people started searching for it," he recalled.

The video has made many people curious and searching for the complete version of the song Alamak. Clips from Adrian and Iky's concert have become the only source, which eventually went viral on TikTok. "Suddenly it exploded, on TikTok the views are almost a million now," he said.
