After Al Ghazali and Alyssa Daguise, Ahmad Dhani Says Next is El Rumi on January 1

The wedding reception of Al Ghazali and Alyssa Daguise was held grandly and festively at the Jakarta Convention Center (JCC), Central Jakarta, on Wednesday night (19/6/2025). In the Javanese traditional ceremony in Surakarta style, Ahmad Dhani presented the most magnificent event for his eldest son, who is referred to as the "crown prince."

Dhani feels that Al indeed deserves to be called that due to the responsibilities he has carried since childhood. "Yes, in my eyes, yes. He must be a role model for his younger siblings, right? Since childhood, I have always said, you have to be an example, a role model for your siblings. And thank God Al has succeeded as an older brother," said Ahmad Dhani at JCC, Thursday (19/6/2025).

According to him, Al's attitude, which is respected by El and Dul, is also proof that his role as an older brother has been successful. "And El's younger siblings, Dul, and others all look up to and respect Al, which is a good thing. So the gift is this. The grandest wedding party of this century," said Dhani.

As a father, Dhani admitted that this moment is part of letting go of his first child who has been with him since infancy. "Well, this is a price that is equivalent to living together with Al for 27 years. From baby to grown-up, he has been with me all the time. Now he has been married for 27 years. This wedding is an equivalent gift. An equivalent gift from me to Al," he said.

The ngunduh mantu party also serves as the final series of the entire wedding process for Al and Alyssa. He expressed his satisfaction after going through all of his son's wedding events. Regarding future plans, Dhani mentioned the possibility of Dul or El getting married next. Then, when asked further whether El would get married next year, Dhani gave a definite answer.
