Meisya Siregar can finally breathe a sigh of relief after being stuck in Saudi Arabia due to flight cancellations. Meisya and Bebi Romeo have now returned to Indonesia after previously being engulfed in uncertainty while performing umrah.

The tensions between Iran and the United States and Israel have indeed had widespread effects in the Middle East. This situation is also felt in Saudi Arabia, which is currently crowded with Muslim worshippers. Meisya and her husband were among the pilgrims affected.

Through several posts on her personal Instagram account on Sunday (1/3/2026), Meisya revealed that the flight that was supposed to take them back to Indonesia on Monday (2/3/2026) was suddenly canceled. This situation left her a bit confused.

She also asked for prayers from netizens to ensure a smooth return to the homeland. In her post, Meisya wrote, "...what's our fate, this flight is canceled and we can't go home??? The UAE airspace is closed for an indefinite time ...

After the flight was canceled and she successfully got a plane ticket from Jeddah, Meisya and Bebi finally could return to Indonesia. Meisya booked a first-class flight ticket and was grateful that the journey from Mecca to Jeddah went smoothly, even though some roads were closed.

While waiting for the flight in the first-class lounge, Bebi suddenly had a fever. Meisya insisted that her husband break his fast so that his condition wouldn't worsen.

Meisya revealed that all the flight seats from Jeddah directly to Jakarta were sold out. She was grateful to still get a seat and able to pay for a direct flight ticket, which was more expensive than a transit flight.

Meisya also informed her children that she was on her way back to Indonesia. She also thanked everyone who had helped her during her journey home from Saudi Arabia to Indonesia.

Upon arriving in Jakarta, Meisya and Bebi entered the house with happy smiles. When they arrived home, the children were still at school. Meisya was very grateful to have safely reached her homeland.
