After Examination, Bibi Ardiansyah Allowed to Go Home Despite Positive Urine Test Result

Kapanlagi.com - Vanessa Angel along with her husband, Bibi Ardiansyah and one of their assistants were arrested by the police on Monday (15/3) regarding a drug case. After undergoing several tests, the urine test results showed that Vanessa was negative while Bibi Ardiansyah was positive.

Shortly after the results came out, on Tuesday night, Vanessa, Bibi, and their assistant were allowed to go home. There is a reason from the police why they were not detained even though the result was positive.

Milano Lubis, the legal representative of Vanessa and Bibi, when contacted by the KapanLagi.com team, said that Bibi temporarily returned home because he still had to wait for the results of other tests.

"Yes, he tested positive but because we are still waiting for the results that have been sent because maybe the narcotics were not found, only amphetamines related to drugs containing narcotics," said Milano Lubis when contacted on Wednesday (18/3).

1. Bibi and Vanessa Cooperative

In addition to having to wait for the results of other laboratory tests, when undergoing examination, Vanessa and Bibi were very cooperative with the police. Milano also said that for the next summons, they are still waiting for the results of blood and hair tests from BNN Lido.

"Because they were cooperative, they were allowed to go home for now. Vanessa's condition is also taken into consideration, as she is pregnant," Milano said.

"Well, let the process continue while waiting for the results from Lido. As for detention, if the process escalates to becoming a suspect or anything, wait for the results from Lido first," he added.

2. Bibi Ardiansyah's Status

Furthermore, although the urine test results indicated positive, Milano stated that Bibi Ardiansyah's current status is still as a person under investigation. "Still under investigation," he explained.

For the next steps, Vanessa Angel and Bibi still have to wait for the complete test results from BNN Lido. For now, for humanitarian reasons, Vanessa Angel and Bibi have been sent home temporarily.

"The final results will be from BNN, as they have complete tests for hair, blood, and urine. It's just for humanitarian reasons, West Jakarta Police," Milano said.

3. Legal Process Still Ongoing

Minola Lubis also stated that although Bibi is currently not detained, the legal process is still ongoing because there is evidence.

"I forgot two or three times, but the process repeated itself, the main thing is that Bibi Vanes is cooperative, that's why the investigator decided not to detain her but the process is still ongoing because there is evidence," she said.
