After Five Years of Hospitalization, Senior Actor Dorman Borisman Passes Away After His Leg is Amputated

Kapanlagi.com - Sad news comes from senior actor Dorman Borisman. The man was confirmed to have passed away on Tuesday night (5/7/2024) at 19:18 WIB at Moh Ridwan Meuraksa Hospital, East Jakarta.

Revealed by his friend, actor Eddie Karsito, for the past five years, Dorman has been frequently hospitalized. He was not only affected by one disease.

"This brother has been in and out of the hospital for the past five years," Eddie said when contacted by the media through a phone call.

1. Starting from a Stroke Attack

Eddie Karsito said that initially Dorman Borisman had a stroke. The first attack was safe, but the second attack made his condition worse.

"This brother was first hit by a stroke. The first one was safe, the second stroke made his condition worse so he received outpatient treatment. His illness is not just one, there is diabetes, and he is suspected of having anemia. Since 2023, he has had difficulty in verbal communication, he can only sit, stand, and sleep. Interaction is done through gestures," explained Eddie.

2. Leg Amputated Due to Diabetes

Furthermore, Eddie Karsito stated that the leg of Mas Yudhis, the actor in the SARAS 008 soap opera, was amputated due to diabetes. Since the amputation, he has been unconscious and was later reported dead.

"Since last Ramadan, his condition has been fluctuating. His big toe swelled and turned blue due to diabetes, and he was advised to have an amputation. It was only about three days ago that the left leg was amputated. From the amputation until he died in the ICU," Eddie said.
