Agnez Mo's Confession About Her Relationship with Anggun

Both Agnez and Anggun are two artists who are very focused on their respective careers. They are never seen busy meddling in other people's affairs, let alone being sarcastic. However, it cannot be denied that the intense fan war eventually reached their ears.

Agnez then spoke up about this phenomenon. She exclusively revealed it to Najwa Shihab in one of her latest Youtube videos.

"That (comparison) doesn't actually make sense. I am actually very close with Ms. Anggun. We often DM each other on IG or Twitter, meaning we are fine," said Agnez.

Yes, although it is never publicized when they are chatting or taking photos together, it is evident that Anggun and Agnez are very close to each other. They can only laugh behind the scenes when their respective fans compare them.

2. Not Just Happening in Indonesia

But to be fair, this phenomenon is not just happening in Indonesia. In America itself, according to Agnez, there are many fans who tend to be too fanatic towards their idol to the point of closing their eyes and ears to other artists.

"This also happens in America, like for example Cardi B and Nicki Minaj. If you already like Cardi, you have to be Team Cardi B and can't like Nicki Minaj. Meanwhile, well I actually like both, why can't I? It's fine," added Agnez.

Anyway, on that occasion, Agnez and Najwa had a long conversation for almost an hour. They both seemed to click with each other on many things, whether it's empowering women, the diversity of ethnicities and races in Indonesia, and many other positive things.
