This news was confirmed by Erin Taulany's attorney, Malik Bawazier, in a meeting with the media. He stated that the agreement to divorce was officially signed by both parties on October 28.

"They agreed and consented to a peace agreement to divorce. However, the divorce is to be carried out amicably. A divorce that does not provoke anger. A divorce that does not lead to prolonged disputes," explained Malik Bawazier in the Kebayoran Baru area, South Jakarta, Wednesday (29/10/2025).

According to him, the most important point in this agreement is their commitment to always prioritize the interests of their children. The aim is for this separation to bring wisdom and goodness to all parties involved.

"The divorce is hoped to bring wisdom and a better life in the future, both for Andre and for Erin," he said.
