Aisyah's Birth Certificate, Strong Evidence for Puput to Imprison Doddy Sudrajat

Kapanlagi.com - The feud between Doddy Sudrajat and his ex-wife, Puput, continues to the legal domain. Puput, who does not remain silent, reported Doddy Sudrajat to the Jakarta Metropolitan Police with allegations of child abandonment.

To bring Doddy to jail, Puput has prepared various evidence. One of them is Aisyah's birth certificate.

"That it is recorded in the state sheet that Doddy is the biological father of Aisyah. This will be our strong evidence in reporting," said Krisna Murti, Puput's legal counsel at the Jakarta Metropolitan Police, Friday (16/6/2023).

1. Changing the Father's Name on the Birth Certificate

Regarding Doddy's allegation that he wants to change the father's name on Aisyah's birth certificate, Puput denies it. She explained that at the time she asked for Aisyah's birth certificate from Doddy because she wanted to register for school.

Doddy at the time told her that Aisyah's birth certificate was lost. She eventually made a new birth certificate for Aisyah.

"I only copied it because at that time Aisyah needed it for school registration. I have already conveyed to him that it will be searched for and the latest information from Mr. Doddy was lost, so I made a loss report and copied it, and arranged for a new copy at the local district office. There is no change," she said.

2. As a Form of Struggle

Puput added that taking legal action was not because she wanted Doddy to acknowledge Asiyah as his biological child and provide for her financially.

She reported Doddy solely as a form of struggle as a mother to protect and improve the psychological condition of her 7-year-old child.

"I am not here to force a confession. That's not what I want, because it's not important to me actually. I am only preparing and addressing my child's psychological well-being," she said.

3. Deterrent Effect

In addition, she also wants to give a deterrent effect to Doddy Sudrajat and hopes that there will be no other fathers like Doddy Sudrajat.

"I want to focus on my child's psychological well-being that needs to be saved, and make sure there will be no more parents like this in the world," she said.

Puput reported Doddy Sudrajat under Article 76 B juncto Article 77B and Article 76 C juncto Article 80 of the Child Protection Law with a maximum penalty of five years imprisonment.
