All Assets of the Late Lina Handed Over to the Children, Teddy Did Not Get a Share

The division of the assets owned by the late Lina was also conveyed by Tedy, Lina's husband. At that time, Tedy stated that he did not receive any division of assets from the late Lina.

This statement was also confirmed by Lina's lawyer, Abdurrahman. Abdurrahman reiterated that all of Lina's assets were handed over to her children.

"If, for example, Tedy has a division, what division? That is indeed the right of the children," he explained.

Adburrahman Pratomo said that there was no division of assets with Tedy when Lina married him. This is because all the wealth brought by Lina is the result of her marriage with Sule, and all the assets must be returned to the rightful heirs, who are none other than her children with Sule.

"No, those assets must be returned to the rightful heirs of Lina's mother because Lina's mother, who has passed away, brought inherited wealth from her previous marriage with Sule," he said.
