All Lawsuits Granted by Panel of Judges, Limbad and Benazir Endang Officially Divorced

Kapanlagi.com - The process of divorce between Limbad and his second wife, Benazir Endang, continues. It is reported that their secret marriage, which has been going on for almost ten years, had to end due to various reasons.

After being postponed for a while due to the coronavirus pandemic (COVID-19), all lawsuits filed by Benazir Endang were granted by the panel of judges. There were three lawsuits filed by the woman affectionately called Ben, namely the request for the validation of the marriage, divorce, and full custody of the child.

"It has been decided and the verdict was read by the panel of judges yesterday (Thursday, June 25, 2020). The verdict granted all the lawsuits we filed, firstly for the validation, the panel of judges declared the marriage between Benazir Endang and Limbad, which took place on May 14, 2011, as valid. Secondly, it declared the marital relationship between the plaintiff and the defendant, Benazir and Limbad, dissolved with a divorce by talak 1, and thirdly, it stated that full custody of the child is handed over to the plaintiff with the note that the defendant is not hindered from visiting or meeting the child, Lim Bintang," said Herdiansyah, SH, Benazir Endang's legal counsel, when contacted on Friday (26/6/2020).

1. Gugatan Harta Gono-Gini

Regarding other lawsuits, the legal representatives stated that they are still waiting for the results of the family meeting. The continuation of this divorce case depends on the outcome of this meeting.

"If there are other lawsuits or other legal consequences, after we asked Benazir, she requested a family meeting first to make a decision. So we, as legal representatives, are still waiting for the results of the meeting, and if the lawsuit for the distribution of marital property will be continued, we will proceed. But if not, we declare that this case is finished," said Herdiansyah.

2. Perkara Belum Selesai

Meski sudah ada titik terang terkait perceraian ini, ternyata perkara antara master Limbad dan Benazir Endang masih belum berakhir. Pasalnya, peraih gelar Master Magician dalam acara The Master ini selalu absen di persidangan perceraiannya.

"Yes, indeed the verdict has been read, but because this is a default judgment, which is a judgment taken because the defendant, namely Master Limbad, never attended the trial, the defendant has the legal remedy of objection, which is within 14 days after receiving a copy of the verdict," he concluded.
