Rio Reifan Files for Divorce Since June 10, 2020, Doesn't Ask for Joint Assets

According to Ummi, it was Rio Reifan himself who submitted the divorce application. He was not represented by a lawyer or sent his family to file for divorce with Mona.

"It seems that the principal (Rio) himself submitted the documents," said Ummi.

2. July Continuation Hearing

The first hearing of Rio's divorce with Mona has taken place today. And the Bekasi Religious Court has scheduled a continuation hearing to be held in early July.

"The next hearing is on July 9, 2020. Because the respondent will be summoned again. If they come, they will go through mediation immediately. If not, the hearing will proceed to the next agenda, the reading of the divorce application from the petitioner," explained Ummi.

3. Not Submitting Gono-Gini

In his divorce application, Rio did not add any requests. He did not discuss the assets acquired during his time with Hanny.

"From the incoming data, he only wants a divorce request. There are no other requests, including shared assets and children, because they have not been blessed with children," said Ummi.
