Almost a Year in Prison, Ferry Irawan Still Claims He Did Not Commit Domestic Violence against Venna Melinda and Will Reveal the Evidence

Kapanlagi.com - Ferry Irawan finally speaks up about the accusations made by Venna Melinda during his time in custody. It is regarding the case that implicated him, domestic violence, and merely living off someone else.

In response to these accusations, Ferry feels the need to speak up as it concerns his reputation, which needs to be restored after almost a year in prison.

"Mr. Ferry, as a citizen, also has the right to restore his reputation," said Sunan Kalijaga, Ferry's lawyer in the TB Simatupang area, Jakarta, on Sunday (27/8/2023).

1. Have Evidence

Ferry admits that he has evidence that during his marriage with Venna, he was a responsible man. One of the evidence is a transaction of transferring funds to Venna Melinda's account, which is alimony.

"So before Mas Ferry didn't come home (detained), he had given me evidence that what was said or built in his opinion that Ferry Irawan is a mokondo man, doesn't provide alimony, I can assure you that it is not true," said Sunan.

"Mas Ferry works and the fruits of his labor go into Mbak Venna's account. The amount is in the tens of millions, some are in the millions. If accumulated for 8 months, it is certainly inappropriate to say that my client is a mokondo or doesn't provide alimony," Sunan added.

2. Defamed by Venna Melinda

Regarding the domestic violence committed against Venna, Ferry also has evidence that he was defamed, even though the court has issued a verdict that sent him to prison. Unfortunately, Ferry still doesn't want to disclose the evidence until the specified time.

"Later. In the near future, we will present everything so that the public knows," promised Sunan Kalijaga.

3. Still Collecting Evidence

Ferry and his legal team are still collecting evidence so that when they feel it is the right time, they can provide a complete and comprehensive explanation.

"We are currently compiling all the evidence to make it complete," said Sunan Kalijaga.
