According to David, Raffi's actions are very regrettable because Raffi has been entrusted by the country to set a good example.
“It is very regrettable for a public figure and leading influencer who has been trusted by the country but does not appreciate it, does not set a good example for the people who see his actions. Moreover, the Governor has implemented stricter health protocols since January 11 until January 25," said David to Liputan6.com.
Furthermore, David requested that the Depok District Court judges sentence Raffi to stay at home for 30 days after receiving the second vaccine. Not only that, Raffi was also asked to apologize through 7 television stations and national newspapers.
According to cnnindonesia.com, the seven television stations are SCTV, RCTI, Trans TV, TV One, Metro TV, Kompas TV, and Indosiar. Then the seven national newspapers include Kompas, Tempo, Sindo, Media Indonesia, Merdeka, Republika, and Jakarta Post, each with a half-page size.
The Depok District Court has confirmed the existence of the lawsuit. The lawsuit has been registered at the Depok City District Court for further action.
“It has been entered with the number 13/Pdt.G/2021/PN Dpk,” said Nanang Herjunanto, the spokesperson for the Depok District Court, on Friday (15/1/2021) as reported by Liputan6.com.
Furthermore, Nanang explained how Nagita Slavina's husband will undergo his first trial at the end of January.
“Raffi Ahmad will undergo his first trial on January 27th,” added Nanang.
