As a result of his actions, Ferdian became a fugitive and was eventually arrested after being caught on the toll road. Now there is the latest news from Ferdian and his friends. He was released on Thursday (4/6/2020).

Ferdian was picked up by his legal team and family at Mapolrestabes Bandung, Jalan Jawa, Kota Bandung. In addition to Ferdian, his two friends, Tubagus Fahddinar and Aidil, were also released.

After being released from custody, Ferdian and his friends made a video apologizing to trans women or waria throughout Bandung Raya. After that, another video from Ferdian after being released also circulated widely on social media.
