Ferdian was released and picked up by his legal team and family at the Bandung Metropolitan Police, Jalan Jawa, Bandung City, on Thursday (6/4). In addition to Ferdian and his two friends, Tubagus Fahddinar and Aidil, were also released.
"So it's true that Ferdian Paleka and his friends have been released from detention," said AKBP Gali Indragiri, the Head of the Criminal Investigation Unit of the Bandung Metropolitan Police, when contacted by the media on Thursday (6/4).

Galih also stated that with the withdrawal of the report, the case of the prank garbage groceries is automatically resolved. Because the reporter and the reported party have also made peace.
"The basis is that the report from the victim has been withdrawn, where the victim and the reported party have made peace facilitated by their respective legal representatives," said Galih.
"The Bandung Police Chief also disposed of it in accordance with the applicable legal regulations because what was reported was a complaint offense. It must be known here that the law has regulated this, so we as investigators carry out our duties according to the rules," he continued.
It is known that a joint team from the special team of the General Crime Directorate of the West Java Regional Police and the Mobile Brigade of the Bandung City Police successfully arrested Ferdian and Aidil. They were arrested on the Jakarta-Merak toll road, Tangerang, Banten.
