Already 'Goodbye' to the Child, Henky Solaiman Passed Away Peacefully

Kapanlagi.com - Today, Friday (15/5), senior actor Henky Solaiman passed away at the age of 78. The THE RAID film player took his last breath at his residence due to colon cancer that he had been suffering from for quite some time.

In late 2019, the deceased had bid farewell to the entertainment world in order to focus on receiving treatment for the colon cancer he was suffering from. However, after several months of being treated at the hospital, there were no signs of improvement in his condition. The Bandung-born man then requested to return home.

"Colon cancer. It has been a long time (being treated), since the surgery around March 14th. So he has been treated for a long time. But because he is old, it becomes complicated and until now," said Norman Solaiman, Henky's nephew when met at the funeral home, Friday (15/5).

So far we all know that Henky has a son who is also involved in the acting world, namely Verdi Solaiman. However, it turns out that the deceased had another child who is currently in Sweden.

"He has 2 children, one in Jakarta and the other one is in Sweden. But he has already said goodbye, so his passing was peaceful," added Norman.

2. The Body Will Be Cremated

Currently, the family is still discussing the funeral arrangements for the deceased. However, according to Norman, Henky's body will be cremated.

"We don't know yet, it's still being discussed with the family. Maybe we'll talk to Mr. Verdi's secretary later. The plan is to cremate," Norman concluded.
