Although Celebrating His Birthday in Bali, Ivan Gunawan Admits He's Afraid to Visit Tourist Spots

When interviewed in the Tendean area, South Jakarta, on Monday (4/1), he admitted that he did not go sightseeing while in Bali. He did this considering that the current situation is still in a pandemic due to the spread of the Covid 19 virus.

"After the vacation, it was tiring but fun, spent 10 days in Bali. But I stayed at home because I'm afraid to go anywhere. I wanted to go to the beach, but it was crowded so I went back," said Ivan Gunawan.

1. Not Expecting Gifts

Ivan Gunawan also admitted to celebrating his birthday at a luxury hotel in Bali with his family. He didn't expect gifts, only hoping for the best prayers at his current age.

"At the hotel, but only with 15 people. Not expecting gifts, just hoping for the best. There's no celebration, only eating together," he said.

2. Quality Time with Family

In addition, the man affectionately known as Igun is very grateful to still be given a long life until now. He also admitted that his trip to Bali was also done to spend quality time with his family.

"Just grateful, being able to go on vacation is already a blessing. Going on vacation is not about seeking luxury, I do have a house in Bali so I visit, can gather with family, enjoy meals together which we rarely did before," he concluded.
