Although Given Custody of the Child, Tsania Marwa Last Met Her Child 8 Months Ago

This is because her ex-husband, Atalarik Syach, filed an appeal against the court's decision. Now Tsania Marwa can only wait for the result of the appeal.

"The Cibinong trial results are divided into two, the Bandung trial results are both in my favor. But I'm still waiting for the appeal, waiting for the final decision. I've been waiting, it shouldn't take long. Please pray that the decision will be the same as in Bandung and that I can get justice as a mother," said Tsania Marwa when met at the Cibinong Religious Court, West Java, on Wednesday (8/7).

1. Last Meeting with the Children

Because she still hasn't been able to meet her two children, Tsania Marwa can only meet her children at school. "My efforts are only limited to the school because my children don't have phones yet, they can't make phone calls, and there is no one from their family who opens communication with me," she said.

She also told about her last meeting with her first child in March while her second child was about 8 months ago.

"I last met (Syarif) in March, I visited his school but because of the pandemic, the school was closed, so from March until now, I haven't met him at all, no communication. I still met Syarif in March, but I haven't met Shabira for 8 months," Tsania Marwa explained.

2. Not Wanting to Be Selfish as a Parent

Although she misses her two beloved children very much, she doesn't want to be selfish as a parent. Maybe at this time she still can't meet her children.

"I don't want to be selfish as a parent. If I were selfish, I would want to meet them. On the other hand, it's actually good that they don't go to school during this time, the government is right. So psychologically, I reconcile myself that this situation is also the best for my children," she concluded.
