Although Not from a Wealthy Family, Nia Ramadhani is Confident to Enter the Bakrie Family

Now she is more known as a TV personality and the wife of Ardi Bakrie, the son of an Indonesian conglomerate family. Many say that Nia's life is almost perfect, beautiful and surrounded by wealth.

In the Ngopi Dara show that aired in May 2019, Nia once had a conversation with Jessica Iskandar about the first time she came to the Bakrie family's house.

1. Confident When Visiting the Bakrie Family

Nia openly admits that she comes from an ordinary family. But even so, she didn't feel inferior at all when she first visited the Bakrie family's house. 

"When I came here for the first time, I felt very confident. Seriously, I was confident. Because I felt that even though my parents are divorced, I am a successful person. Don't compare my wealth with your family's wealth, but as an individual, I am confident in myself because I am not weird," Nia said.

2. Got Lost for a Moment

One thing that Nia believes in is always being herself. The same goes when Ardi introduced his family to her. She tried to be as natural as possible.

"When I was introduced, I didn't pretend to be someone else. For example, when we first met here, I got lost. Same with my mom, she used to call her aunty, 'Tan, where is the way out?'. I'm not ashamed," Nia concluded.

Now Nia has adapted even better!
