Ammar Zoni's Story of Being a Victim of Body Shaming, Now Managing a Fitness Center

After introducing his culinary venture not long ago, this time the husband of Irish Bella is managing a fitness center called Starfit. He is not alone, he is also collaborating with some of his close colleagues, namely Victor Lee Hendra, Andy Darius, and Lucky Tjandra.

The fitness center located at Grand Paragon Mall in Central Jakarta is equipped with various fitness equipment and the latest equipment. Among them are an aerobic studio, a yoga studio with a capacity of up to 50 people, virtual spinning with a capacity of 26 people, and other supporting facilities such as a lounge, locker room, shower room, sauna, and jacuzzi.

During several training sessions at Starfit, Ammar felt comfortable with the atmosphere there, and eventually one of the owners of Starfit offered him to join. "That's the journey of our friendship that has the same vision and mission, both beneficial, especially Starfit, which is a domestic brand with a futuristic urban lifestyle concept," said the man born on June 8, 1983 when met on Friday (19/11).

Ammar himself apparently has a specific reason why he wants to start seriously living a healthy life. "I have been a victim of body shaming, that's why I really want to live a healthy life," he added.

Starfit itself has been operating for a year now. Ammar saw a great opportunity there, where the fitness center also offers a family atmosphere and is filled with positive people.

"I live in South Jakarta but I want to come here every day. Here I feel a sense of family, the community, and there's a lot of sharing about living a healthy life. The most important thing is to make sure the community is there if we want to shape our bodies. I feel the environment here is healthy," said Ammar.

In fact, in the future, Ammar plans to open other branches of Starfit in various areas in Jabodetabek.
