Anak Nia Daniaty Denies Committing CPNS Fraud, Victim: Let Her Argue Whatever!

Kapanlagi.com - Olivia Nathania, the daughter of singer Nia Daniaty, denies committing fraud by claiming to be only a CPNS exam tutoring organizer. Not only that, the woman who is familiarly called Oi also counterattacks Agustin and Karnu, as victims and informants, by calling them the individuals behind the CPNS fraud case.

Responding to the allegations, Agustin, who is currently at the Metro Jaya Police, accompanied by her legal counsel to fulfill the summons for questioning, immediately denies them. "Let her argue whatever she wants. If we go by the data, we don't speak recklessly," said Agustin on Monday (4/10/2021).

Furthermore, Agustin, through her legal counsel, also denies the statement made by Olivia's former stepfather, Farhat Abbas, who claimed that they and Karnu are not victims. "We have brought several documents. That the money received by Ms. Agustin is the refund money requested by one of the victims. So Agustin did not receive any profit at all," said Agustin's legal counsel, Odi Hudianto.

Odi also firmly denies the news that his client raised the fees for the victims from what Olivia demanded. "Raised the fees from Hong Kong. So none of the victims attended the lessons. So if Oli asked for Rp 40 million, she received Rp 40 million," he explained.

Odi then assessed that the clarification made by Olivia was only an attempt to evade responsibility. "No matter what method she uses, the smell remains. The more Oli defends herself, the more her true colors are revealed," he said.

As is known, Agustin is one of the victims. He claimed to be Olivia's former teacher who was asked by Olivia to recruit CPNS participants who were willing to work through a fast track by providing a certain amount of funds.

Later, the victims realized that they had been deceived after making payments and obtaining the Appointment Decree (SK) for their appointment. Karnu, representing 225 victims, filed a police report by reporting Olivia Nathania and her husband, Rafly Noviyanto Tilaar, to the Metro Jaya Regional Police on September 23, 2021.

Karnu reported Olivia with allegations of Fraud, embezzlement, and forgery of documents as regulated in Articles 378, 372, and 263 of the Criminal Code.
