Andika Rosadi Brings Two Witnesses to Divorce Court Who Know About the Dispute with Nisya Ahmad

Kapanlagi.com - The divorce trial between the younger brother of Raffi Ahmad, Nisya Ahmad, and Andika Rosadi was held again at the South Jakarta Religious Court. This session was scheduled for witness testimony from Andika.

Andika brought two witnesses, who certainly know the facts of his household with Nisya. He is grateful that the trial went smoothly.

"Alhamdulillah today the agenda of the trial to present witnesses from the defendant, from me, went smoothly," said Andika Rosadi when met at the South Jakarta Religious Court on Thursday (15/8/2024).

The two witnesses presented are said by Andika to know about the daily life of the husband-and-wife couple who married in 2009.

"Just like last week, confirming what they saw in my household with Nisya," said Andika Rosadi.

The witnesses presented did not contradict what was asked by the judge during the trial. Of course, there were also questions about the disputes that have occurred over time.

"It wasn't a contradiction, more of confirming how daily life is, whether they ever heard of any disputes, no contradictions," explained Andika Rosadi.

2. The Court Will Visit Nisya and Andika's Home

The trial will be held again with the agenda of a visit by the court to the residence of Andika Rosadi and Nisya Ahmad. They are known to still live together.

The court will come to Nisya and Andika's home on August 30. This will certainly inform whether the two are still living together or not.

"There is no special preparation. Hopefully, it will go smoothly. We just accept the visit from the Court, confirming that what was said in the trial is indeed true, that they are still living together," he concluded.
