Frieren: Beyond Journey's End tells the story of Frieren, an elf sorceress from the legendary hero party that defeated the Demon King. With a long lifespan, Frieren realizes she failed to understand her human companions after they passed away due to old age. To atone for this and fulfill her promise to the hero Himmel, Frieren embarks on a journey north to Aureole, the resting place of souls. Accompanied by her disciple, the sorceress Fern, and the warrior Stark, Season 2 will continue their adventures further. This season is hinted to present more intense story arcs, introduce new characters, and test the bonds of the party as they face greater challenges.
