Application for Guardianship Rights over Gala Sky Not Proceeded, Father Bibi Andriansyah Ready to Sue Doddy Sudrajat

Kapanlagi.com - Some time ago, Faisal, the father of the late Bibi Andriansyah, filed a request for guardianship rights and the appointment of an heir for Gala Sky Andriansyah. The request was submitted to the West Jakarta District Court together with Doddy Sudrajat, the father of the late Vanessa Angel.

However, during the initial hearing regarding guardianship rights, Doddy changed his mind. As a result, the request submitted by both parties did not proceed.

"During the hearing, Mr. Doddy and Mr. Faisal were present. This hearing was for the guardianship request, and if the request was agreed upon, it would proceed. However, Mr. Doddy objected, so their request was withdrawn and the request was declared resolved," said Hadi W Sukrisno, Faisal's legal representative, when met at the West Jakarta Religious Court on Tuesday (30/11/2021).

1. Faisal Will File a Lawsuit

Due to the disagreement, Faisal plans to sue Doddy Sudrajat. The lawsuit will be filed soon.

"The guardianship of the child will be filed as a lawsuit, with the plaintiff being from Faisal's family and the defendant being Doddy," he added.

2. Regarding Heirs

Regarding the determination of heirs proposed by three parties, namely Faisal and his wife named Dewi, as well as Doddy Sudrajat, it has also been concluded. The inheritance rights only fall to Faisal and his wife, as well as Gala Sky Andriansyah, as Doddy withdrew his application.

"Earlier, Mr. Doddy was present in the hearing and he stated that he would not participate in the application. He withdrew his application from this case. As for the inheritance from Bibi, the trial has been conducted. Evidence and witnesses have been presented, and the panel of judges has determined that the heirs of Bibi are Mr. Faisal, his wife, and Gala," he explained.
