Hatna Danarda, better known as Arda Naff, recently announced his decision to leave the music group Naff after 14 years of joining. The husband of Tantri Kotak revealed his decision through his personal Instagram account.
Although leaving Naff, Arda emphasized that he will not be leaving the music world entirely. He plans to continue creating through various media, including writing books and as a content creator.
"God willing, I will still be making music, I will still create again, write books again, content, and others," said Arda in a brief message via WhatsApp.
Arda also conveyed that his drive to create works is still very strong. "The intuition to create works is still strongly driven, I love being an entertainer because I genuinely want to entertain, and I know what it feels like for lonely people who need entertainment," he added.
Currently, Arda is busy promoting his latest book titled "The Last Port". In addition, he is also planning a duet project with Tantri to celebrate their 10th wedding anniversary.Â
"This is a temporary project to promote the book The Last Port that I wrote. It could also be a duet with my wife as this year marks our 10th wedding anniversary. There will be a small celebration," explained Arda.
In the process of announcing his decision to leave Naff, Arda admitted to feeling deeply moved. Many musician friends, public figures, and netizens offered their support and encouragement.Â
"I don’t know why I feel so moved, the phone keeps ringing, WhatsApp doesn’t stop, DMs are coming in, friends who are public figures, followers, everyone is encouraging me. Even though they owe me nothing," he revealed.
Arda also emphasized that his relationship with the Naff members remains good. He mentioned that the separation was very beautiful. "Thank God we have a very good relationship, it’s like a beautiful breakup," said Arda.
Arda's decision to leave Naff marks a new chapter in his career, but his passion for creating remains high. Support from various parties shows how much his contributions to the music industry are valued.
With various plans already prepared, both in music and writing, Arda seems ready to continue his creative journey and remain a contributor to the entertainment world.
