On Thursday (9/4), Armand Maulana uploaded a black and white photo showing him having a conversation with the late Glenn Fredly. In the caption, he talked about the late person.
"DEUUUSSSSS, that's the word that always comes out from my brother Glenn whenever we meet or talk on the phone or through messaging. WHAT DOES IT MEAN? Ahhh, it's enough for us to know the meaning so that it can become a beautiful memory for us," he said.
"Yes, he was a good person, yes, he was smart, yes, he stood up for something, yes, he was serious about something. Everything has been expressed by his close friends on social media for the past few hours, from singers, band members, actors, hosts, and even officials, because that's the truth," Armand continued.
"But what I will always remember about Glen, whether we meet backstage or on a shoot or in a rehearsal studio or at home or at the mall, we always talk, joke, talk about family, talk about careers," Armand said.
"At the end of our conversation, he would always say, 'KANG, WHAT ELSE CAN WE DO TO IMPROVE INDONESIAN MUSIC. BOTH IN TERMS OF INDUSTRY OR ITS BLUEPRINT. SO THAT INDONESIAN MUSIC WILL GET BETTER FOR OUR CHILDREN AND GRANDCHILDREN.' That's what always ends our conversation. Glenn is a FIGHTER FOR INDONESIAN MUSIC," he concluded.
