Ashanty & Anang Hermansyah Hold a Religious Gathering Before Departing for Hajj

The celebrity couple Ashanty & Anang Hermansyah plans to perform the Hajj pilgrimage to the Holy Land in 2026. Before departing, they held a Religious Gathering and Walimatul Safar attended by family and close friends.

"Bismillah... Before stepping into the Holy Land, from the bottom of our hearts, we ask for forgiveness for any wrongdoings, whether in words or actions. We ask for sincerity so that this pilgrimage journey is accepted and becomes a mabrur Hajj," wrote Ashanty in the caption of her post on Monday, May 18, 2026.

Ashanty did not forget to express her gratitude to everyone who attended the solemn moment. She also asked for blessings for her departure to the Holy Land.

"Thank you to everyone who attended the Recitation & Walimatul Safar yesterday. May every step of worship be granted ease, smoothness, and blessings. Please offer your best prayers," concluded Ashanty.

As additional information, Ashanty & Anang's spiritual journey feels very special because it coincides with the celebration of their 15th wedding anniversary.

This 41-year-old woman has even prepared a special note containing the best prayers that will be offered. She considers this year's pilgrimage call to be the most beautiful gift for their household life that has been ongoing for over a decade.

This journey is only being undertaken by the two of them without the presence of their children. Ashanty herself admitted to experiencing quite a significant inner turmoil because her pilgrimage plans had to be postponed for several years.

The failure made Aurel Hermansyah's stepmother reflect deeply on herself. She felt very sad because her pure intention to worship at the Baitullah has not yet been granted by the Creator, even though she had fulfilled all the administrative preparations

However, all the doubts and sadness were finally rewarded with good news from the authorities this year. Ashanty felt very grateful because her prayers over the years finally received a definite answer.

"Thank God this year feels like a blessing from the Ministry of Religious Affairs, insyaallah I can depart next month in May," Ashanty told KapanLagi.com recently.
