"After this incident with the existing evidence and witnesses that we may present, who are very competent, we are also taking legal action. Because we will file a report, maybe later at the Metro Jaya Police," said Indra Tarigan in Radio Dalam, South Jakarta, Saturday (04/10/2025).

Indra emphasized that the report made by Ayu at the South Jakarta Metro Police is her right as a citizen, but his side has strong evidence to refute all of that.

"This slander has a significant impact on the condition of Mrs. Ashanty and her family. But for sure, on this occasion, we also ask for prayers and blessings," he added.

Meanwhile, the legal process regarding Ashanty's initial report against Ayu at the South Tangerang Police related to allegations of embezzlement will continue.

"If asked what the solution is? Of course, the legal process will continue, right?" Indra stated emphatically.

Regarding the allegations of tax embezzlement raised by Ayu's side, Indra referred to it as an attempt to divert the issue. He stated that all financial matters, including taxes, were entrusted to Ayu. If there are discrepancies, it is highly likely that the funds have also been misused.

"It's just a diversion of issues, actually. There is a possibility of a tax underpayment discrepancy also from the money that has been used by Mrs. Ayu," Indra concluded.
