"This is called bakwan ala chicken breast. Now we add grated mozzarella that has been shredded. I use gluten-free flour, so it’s not too floury, you know," explained Ashanty.

She also added mayonnaise to the batter to enhance the flavor. Ashanty admitted that she ate fried foods more often during Ramadan last year. This year, she wants more protein in her meals.
