Ashanty Tested Positive for Covid-19 After Returning from Turkey, Krisdayanti: Can't Blame Anyone

"I don't ask about her condition, I just remind her to rest. We communicate every day. I don't ask about the condition. Just stay healthy, stay strong, talk as usual," said Krisdayanti in Depok, West Java, on Sunday (9/1).

"If I ask about her well-being, it's not my role to ask whether she's sick or not. I only ask about Aurel's condition during quarantine, as she needs to recover her condition again," she continued.

1. Don't Pay Attention to Netizens' Comments

Krisdayanti also asked Ashanty not to pay attention to netizens' comments that insult Ashanty. Because many people accuse Ashanty of bringing the Omicron variant virus from Turkey.

"Don't pay attention to those who make it toxic, who make it unhappy, who make it down. Don't take it too seriously. Don't worry too much about netizens who speak badly, the important thing is everyone's health, recovery," she explained.

2. Can't Blame Anyone

Krisdayanti also said that what happened to Ashanty could happen to anyone, so no one should be blamed.

"So it can't be denied that people's conditions, human conditions, are different. So some are healthy, some don't look healthy," Krisdayanti said.

"But maybe they got contaminated due to mutations on the plane and other things. When being tested, tracked at the airport. We can't deny that the conditions at the airport are also overlapping, the passenger manifest comes in thousands. So we can't blame anyone," she continued.

3. Already Fulfilling Her Duties

For Krisdayanti, the most important thing right now is that Ashanty has fulfilled her duty to quarantine in the hospital. She prays for Ashanty's speedy recovery.

"What's important is that Ashanty has fulfilled her tasks to complete the responsibility of the quarantine, which is already extraordinary. Ashanty's isolation is also chosen as a reference. So there is nothing wrong here," explained Krisdayanti.

"Maybe it became news because (she went) with the extended family, especially since Ashanty actually wanted to accompany the children who wanted to meet their parents (Atta). Yes, meet the in-laws," she concluded.

4. PCR 2 Times Before Returning Home

Before returning to the homeland, Ashanty mentioned that she and the entourage had done PCR tests twice. And at that time, the results showed that she and other family members were negative for covid.

"I did PCR twice in Istanbul before going home. In the hotel and at the airport, the results were negative. Finally, when I arrived at the quarantine hotel, I waited for the PCR results from the airport and it turned out to be positive," explained Ashanty.

5. Quarantine in the Hospital

After finding out that her PCR result was positive, Ashanty immediately moved to the hospital for further quarantine. This was done considering that Ashanty has an underlying autoimmune disease.

"I went straight to the hospital for quarantine in a hospital that has been approved by the covid task force team. Because I have an autoimmune disease and for the sake of everyone's safety, I isolate myself in the hospital," said Anang Hermansyah's wife.
