Assessment Results Not Yet Released, Lawyer Confident Roy Kiyoshi Will be Transferred to RSKO for Rehabilitation

Kapanlagi.com - Roy Kiyoshi has undergone an assessment to determine the level of his dependence on psychotropic drugs, on Wednesday (13/5). The assessment was conducted by the National Narcotics Agency of DKI Jakarta province since 09:20 AM at the South Jakarta Metro Police.

Henry Indraguna, Roy Kiyoshi's lawyer, said that the assessment results will be released tomorrow and he hopes that the results will be as expected. The assessment results will determine whether Roy will be detained or able to undergo rehabilitation.

"The assessment has been completed before 12 o'clock and the results will be released tomorrow morning. Hopefully, the results will be granted so that Roy can be immediately transferred to RSKO tomorrow. He can be transferred around 10 AM. We believe that Roy will be rehabilitated," he said when contacted.

Henry's conviction is not without reason. He claims to have evidence that his client is innocent. "Roy was accused, suspected of drug use. We will prove that Roy is innocent later in court to clear Roy's name," he said.

For your information, the assessment was conducted after Roy's family, represented by their legal counsel, submitted a rehabilitation request to the South Jakarta Metro Police Narcotics Unit on May 11th.

2. Arrest of Roy Kiyoshi

Roy was arrested by the South Jakarta Metro Police Narcotics Unit on Wednesday (5/6) at his residence in the Cengkareng area, West Jakarta. Roy was declared a suspect in the alleged misuse of narcotics for purchasing the tranquilizer drug diazepam online. Roy is charged under Article 62 of the Psychotropic Substances Act Number 5 of 1997 with a minimum sentence of five years.
